Shocking revelations from incest monster Josef Fritzl's daughter's dungeon diary have emerged to tell the grim truth of her underground life.

A week before Josef Fritzl, 74, stands trial on murder, slavery, rape, abuse, false imprisonment and incest charges, extracts from his daughter's journal that she kept in the cellar gloom for 24 years have been leaked to the Austrian media.

She recorded everything from the way her father starved her to how he beat the six children he fathered with her.
